salsa time

The next interesting lesson is the salsa one since everybody had a negative will being taught it. Anyway, it was considerably fun to me since I was able to show of sometimes when i was asked to do a specific sequence of steps and moves. the lesson is especially interesting to me because i had learned one of many dances that have had a very rich culture.

Tai Bo is an interesting class that was given to me since the way we were shown it as a work out but it is great. The way we were taught was by a video made by a expert on Tai bo, Billy Banks who has exercised tai bo for years and has been making these knds of videos for years. with this lesso we learned a lot in the arts of defence and others to help us in combat and as such we learned a lot that has helped us.

Arts is one of my favorite classes and probably to others as well.One aspect is that the class switches from topics that have no connection at all.These classes are like switching from tai bo exercises to the dancing styles of salsa or arabian danceing. I also like the class because it has many creative features and that after every lesson we write on how we were able to experience the new sessons. So in the following i'm going to explain just a few of the topics as well in detail.
